Event Design/Project Manager

Overview:
Spectra Event Group Inc., an award-winning event design and décor firm, is seeking a dynamic Event Manager to join our team. As a key player in our company, you will be responsible for creating and executing exceptional event experiences that align with our clients' visions and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Management**: Act as the main liaison between clients and our team. Understand and interpret client needs, preferences, and expectations to ensure successful event execution.
- **Event Design Planning**: Oversee all aspects of event design planning and execution, including but not limited, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-site management.
- **Styling and Design**: Provide input on event aesthetics, ensuring that every detail aligns with the client’s vision and enhances the overall experience.
- **Schedule Flexibility**: Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate client needs, including evenings and weekends as required.
- **Team Coordination**: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all event components are delivered on time and within budget.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address and resolve any issues or unexpected challenges that arise during the planning and execution phases promptly and efficiently.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of event details, budgets, and client communications. Provide post-event reports and feedback to clients and internal stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in the event planning industry.
- **Skills**: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Creativity**: A keen sense of style and a strong understanding of current trends in event design and aesthetics.
- **Flexibility**: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet client needs.
- **Communication**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building and maintaining client relationships.
- **Driving**: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, as travel to event sites and client meetings is required.

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
