About the Role:

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee an ongoing project and ensure smooth execution. This is a volunteer position requiring 15 hours per week, ideal for professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in a startup setting. There will be no fixed salary payment

Responsibilities:

• Oversee project execution, ensuring timely progress and effective team coordination.

• Identify challenges and propose solutions in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Facilitate communication between different departments and stakeholders.

• Maintain project documentation, track deliverables, and manage workflow.

• Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management.

• A degree in a relevant field.

• Experience in IT, software development, or tech-related industries is a plus.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle uncertainty in a startup setting.

• French proficiency and residence in Montreal are advantages.
