Project Manager

Location: Will need to be onsite 2 days out of week at Montreal office

Start Date: Jan 19th 2026

Interview Process: 1 with Manager and then Panel on Site

Terms: 1 year contract with possible extension/ conversion

Rate: #$60/hr

Top Skills:

  • 3-5 years experience as a PM, strong software dev/assets or R&D environment background, will be leading small projects and with gain additional responsibilities.
  • Someone with Global project mgr experience is a huge plus, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure program/project meet targets for quality, time to market, development & execution costs.
  • Define & manage the project budget, resources and schedule.
  • Drive compliance to Offer Lifecycle Management (OLM) Process, Quality procedures and
  • cybersecurity certifications.
  • Work with future offer manager & offer managers to ensure service offers are aligned with strategic initiatives and support business growth targets and margins.
  • Organize, lead and drive the project team and coordinate with global cross-functional stakeholders including, but not limited to, other lines of business, global supply chain, support functions, digital
  • and connected services groups.
  • Identify the risks, issues, and manage associated corrective action plans.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise project reports and presentations to management teams,
  • highlighting progress, risks, and recommendations for decision-making.
  • Participate in quarterly planning sessions for offers, contributing insights on timelines, resource
  • allocation, and strategic priorities to support business objectives.
  • Support administrative activities, including managing development tools and overseeing
  • subcontractor timesheets, and invoices processing & tracking.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Education: Engineering degree combined with an MBA (or equivalent).
  • Experience: 2–5 years of professional experience in project or program management.
  • Strong communication skills with assertive leadership capabilities.
  • Familiarity with PMP principles and Agile development frameworks (certification is an asset).
  • Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to influence without formal authority and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
  • Fluency in English; French is considered an asset.
