Job Description
IKO Industries Ltd. is looking to fill a full-time Production Operator position at our Hamilton – Victoria location. The Production Operator will report to Operations Manager.
Plant Location:
IKO Hamilton-Victoria

Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor loading and off-loading activities of trucks and barges
- Maintain and inspect equipment
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly safety inspections
- Open and close valves to facilitate loading and off-loading activities
- Use computer system for scaling in trucks
- General housekeeping and upkeep of site
- Adhere to all work process and procedures, including safety protocols
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school graduate
- Able to work rotational shifts (weekdays and weekends) and on-call rotation
- Experience working in industrial setting, construction, or similar industry preferred
- Intermediate Microsoft Office
- Manual dexterity
- Attention to detail
- Fluent in verbal and written English
