We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented
Customer Service Representative
to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, solving problems, and ensuring a positive experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.

Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, or policies.

Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.

Process orders, returns, refunds, or account updates as required.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Requirements
