Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Quality Control Associate to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that all products meet our high-quality standards through rigorous inspection, analysis, and data collection. Duties

  • Conduct thorough quality inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measurement tools such as calipers.
  • Perform detailed quality control checks to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
  • Collect, analyze, and document data related to product quality, inspection results, and process performance.
  • Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance procedures to enhance product consistency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, measurements, and non-conformance reports.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing quality data and recommending corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience or strong knowledge in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with quality control techniques, inspection methods, and QA/QC standards.
  • Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers and other inspection equipment.
  • Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and communicate effectively about quality issues.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality assurance principles.
  • Prior experience with data collection systems is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Must be able to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $52,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
