Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Quality Control Associate to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that all products meet our high-quality standards through rigorous inspection, analysis, and data collection. Duties
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measurement tools such as calipers.
- Perform detailed quality control checks to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
- Collect, analyze, and document data related to product quality, inspection results, and process performance.
- Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance procedures to enhance product consistency and compliance.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, measurements, and non-conformance reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing quality data and recommending corrective actions.
Requirements
- Proven experience or strong knowledge in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with quality control techniques, inspection methods, and QA/QC standards.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers and other inspection equipment.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and communicate effectively about quality issues.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality assurance principles.
- Prior experience with data collection systems is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be able to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $52,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
