HOW TO APPLY
By email to Be sure to include your cover letter and résumé, including a response to the following questions:
- Change Management: Non-profit organizations often move through periods of stability and periods of significant change. What strategies, values, and processes do you rely on to guide an organization through change effectively?
- Intersectionality and Sexual Health: PPO's sexual and reproductive health work is shaped by intersecting social, structural, and identity-based factors. How would you apply an intersectional lens to your decisions as Executive Director, especially in shaping PPO's programs, services, and policies? Can you share an example from your past work that demonstrates this approach?
- Non-Profit Financial Sustainability: Non-profit financial health can be unpredictable, especially for a non-profit organization like PPO that relies on diverse and shifting revenue sources. - Organizational Values: PPO's organizational values are deeply rooted in the principles of community-oriented, pro-choice, sex-positive, harm-reduction, and trauma-informed values. How would you ensure these values are embedded across the PPO's programs, policies, and external relationships? Please share an example from your past work that demonstrates this in practice.
Accessibility: Accommodations are available to dismantle colonial interview practices—please note any needs in your application.
