**Funnel builder/Full Stack Marketer Job Description**

Please note that this is not a traditional job opening. We are looking for a freelancer. If you’re an independent solopreneur looking to build your own individual practice and team up with us to make a real difference in a number of nonprofits, we want to hear from you

We are a small agile team and are looking for a talented marketer who has had exposure and experience at all levels of the marketing stack. We are not looking for someone that is good at everything, but you must be able to make good calls on how to spend your time, money and other resources in order to maximize user acquisition, engagement and retention.
- **Social Media**: Understand how to create a community and drive engagement around the most relevant social networks. Understand how content goes viral. Know how to connect with influential people in these networks
- **SEO**: Should have experience driving traffic via targeted keywords, link building and on page optimizations.
- **Public relations**:you should be able to get attention of bloggers and journalists
- **Content Marketing**: you will create content (log posts, guest posting, infographics,) that is appropriate to our audience and place it in relevant websites/feeds across the web in order to drives links and traffic back to our site.
- **Analytics**: you have good understanding of web analytics and know how to set up and use web analytics tools
- **A/B Testing and Landing page optimization**: optimize landing pages to improve conversions
- **Business Development**: identify and secure strategic partnerships in order to accelerate our growth.
- **Copy Writing**: you will create compelling headlines and understand how to motivate users by using effective call to actions.
- **Influencer marketing**: Ideally, you are aware of Russel Brunson’s “Dream 100” strategy and are comfortable building our influencer marketing campaigns.

**Specific Domain Expertise**:
We need someone who can lead a small team of two interns per quarter to assist you and our clients in attaining their objectives. While being a strategic marketer, you also need to be able to guide and build energetic team members who are as equally committed to advancing member and revenue growth for small associations as we are.

Some of the objectives of the role would include:

- Build funnels that are optimized with all conversion fundamentals & optimize existing conversion elements using GrooveFunnels
- Integrate funnel related software with funnels (Zapier, webinarjam, active campaign, sendgrid, CF Pro-tools, Clickfunnels, GrooveFunnels, etc.)
- High Competencies required in:

- Responsibilities and capabilities sought would include:

- Know and master the structures of all funnels (e.g. Webinar Funnel, app funnel)
- Detect flaws in each funnel (e.g. Missing as seen at or legal policies)
- Be up to date on add-ons (e.g. CF Pro Tools) and master their use in all stages of the funnel
- Master Clickfunnels/GrooveFunnels design and work closely with the digital marketing intern and event production team to maximize opportunities
- Test order forms (with or without order bump), test social proof, ensure maximum conversion on order forms
- Create funnels from documents provided by the team
- Clean up unused funnel steps - Ultra clean funnel
- Use Zapier and connect with Active Campaign and Enterprise BOM
- Connect Stripe, Paypal, Apple + Samsung Pay & make order pages with high conversion
- Integrate SMTP, Domain & Favicon in each funnel for each customer
- Create products in order form & payments in Stripe & multiply by appropriate tax levels all product prices to get the figure including taxes. CAD price
- Send weekly conversion & improvement reports of % and findings
- Train daily on funnel building
- Excellent at designing mobile VS desktop funnel - each VERY optimized
- Ensure VERY good design of all funnels

KPIs of Excellence:

- Opt-in Lead Magnet & Webinar Funnel:

- 20% minimum conversion
- TARGET: 30% OF SALES
- Find 10 possible conversion optimizations per month
- Optimize by 15% the conversion per month (e.g.: 2% here, 3% there, 1% there, 8% here)
- ALWAYS have a split test running for each sales page - never run one page at a time - And know how to split test (One deal at a time, not 14)
- Create & integrate new webinars in less than 20 min.
- Experience:

- Digital Marketing: 3 years (preferred)
- Marketing: 3 years (preferred)
- Sales Funnel Creation: 3 years (preferred)
- Digital Ads: 3 years (preferred)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 10 per week

**Salary**: $36,421.00-$84,786.00 per year
