We are looking for a customer focused Service Advisor to join our Mercedes-Benz Burlington Team.  When customers come to Mercedes-Benz Burlington, they look to us to provide unmatched customer care and a lifestyle experience that's second to none. What you will do:

  • As a brand ambassador you will be the primary contact for our service customers providing exceptional customer service with every interaction
  • Ensure all customer visits are hassle free by preparing for their arrival in advance, ensuring all documentation has been prepared completely and correctly
  • Greet customer, conduct active vehicle side service consultation, document any customer concerns, facilitate necessary service and promote the sale of labour, parts and accessories
  • Discuss all maintenance and repair details and recommendations.  Ensuring open communication between the service department and the customer. 
  • Anticipate client's needs and provide helpful recommendations
  • Drive rapport through relationship management
  • Generate, process, and maintain documents in accordance with Mercedes-Benz Canada and Mercedes-Benz Burlington policies

At times, business needs arise and you may be asked to complete other duties as required. 

What you will bring to the role:

  • A proven track record of superb teamwork
  • A commitment to excellence and a history of providing customer service that goes above and beyond what people expect 
  • You have good communication, problem solving, task planning, and organizational skills
  • Experienced and comfortable with working busy shifts
  • Available to work a variety of shifts (mornings, evenings and weekends)
