qualified

appointment that is both
booked and attended

with Avalon Construction.

Role Overview

Avalon Construction is seeking
highly skilled, results-driven sales professionals

to conduct

door-to-door

outreach in communities impacted by hail or storm damage. This role serves as the first point of contact with homeowners, requiring strong communication, objection-handling, and closing skills to educate homeowners on our process and schedule appointments with Senior Advisors.

The position begins with a
two-week qualifying period

. Client Care Advisors who meet or exceed performance expectations may elect to advance into a
Senior Client Care Advisor

role. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with homeowners
    door-to-door

in recently affected storm or hail-damage neighborhoods.
- Clearly
explain our

consultation and restoration
services

.
- Schedule

qualified
appointments

for our Senior Client Care Advisors.
- Distribute flyers

throughout neighborhoods.
- Accurately
record homeowner information

and appointment details using our door knocking app.
- Take photos

of residents' homes.

Requirements

  • Cell phone with

- Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face.
- Able to work outdoors and walk neighborhoods for extended periods.
- Availability for evenings and weekends based on weather and demand.
- Previous door-to-door or
sales experience

- Basic knowledge of roofing, siding, or insurance restoration is an asset. (Not Required)
