Junior Designer- Habit Communications

About the Role: We're looking for a Junior Designer to join our creative team. You'll work closely with other designers on the team and creative director. Brand strategists to help bring concepts to life across digital, social, and print platforms. This is an excellent role for someone at the start of their design career who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute fresh ideas.

What You'll Do:

● Support the creative team in developing design assets for digital, social, print, and web.

● Execute design updates and revisions based on feedback.

● Assist in preparing files for production and ensuring brand consistency across deliverables.

● Explore creative ideas and bring a fresh perspective to brainstorms.

● Stay on top of design trends, tools, and best practices.

What We're looking for:

● 0–2 years of design experience (agency or in-house experience is a plus, but internships and strong portfolio work count).

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with tools like Figma or Canva.

● A strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity, attention to detail, and versatility.

● Basic knowledge of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.

● Willingness to learn, take feedback, and adapt quickly.

● Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Haves:

● Experience with motion design or video editing.

● Familiarity with brand guidelines and how to apply them.
