Now we're looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who wants to
build something visible, meaningful, and career-defining
.

Why This Internship Is Different

This is not a "watch and learn" internship.

part-time, remote, high-ownership role
where:

You'll work directly with the founder to
shape Ladderly's entire digital presence,
from content and ads to the website itself. If you've ever wanted to say "I helped build that," this is your chance.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Run and publish
    social media content
    that real people engage with
  • Build, test, and optimize
    Google Ads campaigns
    that drive real traffic
  • Create bold, clear, on-brand
    content
    (copy, visuals, short-form ideas)
  • Help
    redesign and improve the Ladderly website
    : layout, messaging, and user flow
  • Track what's working, spot patterns, and turn insights into action
  • Experiment constantly, new ideas are encouraged, not filtered out
  • Collaborate 1:1 with the founder on marketing, brand, and growth decisions

This is hands-on, fast-moving, and highly visible work.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need to know everything — but you do need to
care deeply
.

You have:

  • Experience with
    Google Ads
    (school, internships, or personal projects count)
  • Experience posting and managing
    social media content
  • Comfort creating content — words, visuals, or both

You are:

  • Curious, creative, and not afraid to try things
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
  • Thoughtful, organized, and hungry to learn fast
  • Excited by ownership, responsibility, and real feedback

Bonus points (not required):

  • Website experience (Webflow, Squarespace, WordPress, etc.)
  • Interest in branding, UX, or growth marketing
