Simcoe Window Cleaning is a home maintenance company that provides window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and power washing services to households and commercial buildings. Over the last 3 years in business we have sold and produced over $350,000 in work for our clients

Job description

We are currently looking for motivated, hard-working, and eager candidates for our Marketing and Sales Associate to help us expand our business and reach within the community. If you like great company culture, are goal oriented, and love meeting new people, keep reading.

  • You will be canvassing door to door offering homeowners free estimates for window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and power washing.
  • You will be trained in how to pitch, objection handle, and book estimates with potential clients

Job Responsibilities

  • Engage in conversations that educate and inform people about our home maintenance services
  • Increase brand awareness
  • Generate leads, as well as convert those leads to estimates at the door
  • Work in a team environment, working with friends is encouraged
  • Build rapport with customers
  • Potential for future promotions within the company. Top performers will have the opportunity to sell directly to clients by performing estimates and booking jobs
  • Work locally as we operate in the York Region

Job Requirements and Benefits

  • Outgoing, energetic, and motivated
  • Goal/result orientated
  • Previous infield marketing, customer service, and sales experience an asset but not a necessity
  • Must be willing to work outdoors
  • Reliable transportation is an asset
  • 10-20 hours a week (flexible schedule).
  • Position runs January-May or January-July
  • Training will be provided
  • On the job support to ensure you can make the most out of your days
