Accounting and Operations Specialist

Our client, a leading high-end design and luxury furniture retailer, is looking for a motivated
Accounting and Operations Specialist
to join their growing team. This dynamic role combines accounting, administrative, and operational responsibilities in a collaborative, design-driven environment. If you enjoy variety, learning, and contributing to a supportive, second-family culture, this is the perfect opportunity.

    $53,000–$57,000
    with potential bonuses and profit sharing

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Process AP/AR, journal entries, reconciliations, and customer balance follow-ups
  • Support shipment and purchasing departments, including inventory coordination
  • Create POs and maintain accurate financial and operational records
  • Provide general office support: filing, reporting, and documentation
  • Offer backup coverage for reception and other administrative tasks as needed

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • 2+ years experience in accounting, bookkeeping with administrative support
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Comfort collaborating with internal teams and interacting with customers
  • Experience with Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/Sage or similar)
