Responsabilités

  • Superviser les opérations financières quotidiennes
  • Préparer les rapports financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels pour trois entreprises
  • Diriger le processus budgétaire et les prévisions pour appuyer les décisions d'affaires
  • Gérer et prévoir les flux de trésorerie pour répondre aux besoins opérationnels
  • Maintenir les contrôles internes pour assurer la conformité et protéger les actifs
  • Gérer la planification fiscale, la conformité et les déclarations fiscales
  • Coordonner les audits annuels et répondre aux demandes des auditeurs
  • Fournir des analyses financières et des conseils stratégiques à la direction
  • Superviser les activités de comptes clients, comptes fournisseurs, paie et comptabilité générale
  • Améliorer les opérations financières via des politiques et procédures efficaces
  • Diriger et développer l'équipe des finances
  • Communiquer les informations financières aux parties prenantes
  • Identifier et gérer les risques financiersà

Qualifications

  • CPA ou équivalent avec 5+ ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire
  • Maîtrise de QBO et de la suite Microsoft Office
  • Très organisé, rigoureux et attentif aux détails
  • Solides compétences en analyse et résolution de problèmes
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en leadership
  • Capacité à prendre des décisions rapides et proposer des solutions créatives
  • Discrétion dans le traitement des informations confidentielles
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et respecter les délais
  • Autonome et apte à travailler en équipe

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily financial operations
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for three companies
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting to support business decisions
  • Manage and forecast cash flow to meet operational needs
  • Maintain internal controls for compliance and asset protection
  • Handle tax planning, compliance, and return submissions
  • Coordinate annual audits and respond to auditor inquiries
  • Provide financial analysis and strategic advice to leadership
  • Supervise AR, AP, payroll, and general ledger activities
  • Improve financial operations through policies and procedures
  • Lead and develop the finance team
  • Communicate financial insights to stakeholders
  • Identify and manage financial risks

Qualifications

  • CPA or equivalent with 5+ years in a similar role
  • Proficient in QBO and Microsoft Office
  • Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communicator with leadership skills
  • Quick decision-maker with creative solutions
  • Discreet with confidential information
  • Works well under pressure and meets deadlines
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
