Rôle :

Nous recherchons un Analyste en conformité financière IT pour rejoindre notre équipe. Vous contribuerez aux audits et à la certification IT pour les opérations canadiennes et américaines, en veillant au respect des normes financières et réglementaires. Vous intégrerez l'automatisation et l'analyse de données pour optimiser les audits et soutiendrez la résolution des déficiences de contrôle.

Responsabilités principales :

  • Effectuer les travaux d'audit IT et assurer la conformité des IT General Controls (ITGC) aux normes NI52-109, SOx et aux standards industriels
  • Identifier et mettre en œuvre des opportunités d'automatisation et d'analyse de données dans les contrôles financiers
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue du cadre ITGC
  • Collaborer sur des projets spéciaux et fournir une expertise en conformité IT
  • Accompagner les équipes IT dans la remédiation des déficiences et suivre leur résolution
  • Développer de solides relations avec les équipes IT et métiers pour maintenir un environnement de contrôles interne robuste

Compétences et qualifications :

  • 3 à 4 ans d'expérience en audit IT / conformité financière (Big Four ou industrie)
  • Bonne connaissance des ITGC, NI52-109, SOx et des standards d'audit
  • Excellentes compétences en travail d'équipe, communication et organisation
  • Sens du détail et qualité élevée du travail
  • Flexible, proactif et motivé à apprendre
  • Bilingue français/anglais

Role:

We are looking for an IT Financial Compliance Analyst to join our team. You will contribute to IT audit and certification activities for Canadian and US operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and industry standards. You will integrate data analytics and automation into audit processes to enhance efficiency and support remediation of control deficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform IT audit fieldwork, ensuring IT General Controls (ITGC) comply with NI52-109, SOx, and industry standards
  • Identify and implement automation and data analytics opportunities in financial controls
  • Support continuous improvement of the ITGC framework
  • Collaborate on special projects and provide IT compliance expertise
  • Guide IT teams on remediation of control deficiencies and monitor resolution progress
  • Build strong relationships with IT and business teams to foster a robust internal controls environment

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3–4 years of IT/financial compliance audit experience (Big Four or industry)
  • Strong knowledge of ITGC, NI52-109, SOx, and auditing standards
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with high quality of work
  • Flexible, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Bilingual (French/English)
