REBE77E is seeking a passionate and well-rounded team member with both sales experience and foundational jewelry-making skills to join our studio-retail space in the heart of Toronto.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction as much as hands-on making — someone who can confidently support sales while also assisting in and leading creative workshops.

Responsibilities

  • Engage customers and provide thoughtful, confident sales guidance.
  • Assist with and facilitate jewelry and creative workshops.
  • Support customers during hands-on making experiences.
  • Maintain product displays, inventory, and overall store aesthetics.
  • Help create a welcoming, professional, and inspiring in-store environment.

Requirements

  • Basic foundation in jewelry making (education, workshops, or hands-on experience).
  • Sales or customer service experience (retail preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Genuine interest in craftsmanship, design, and creative work.
  • Willingness to commit to a long-term role following the probation period.
  • Fluent English (native or near-native level).

Portfolio, samples, or photos of previous jewelry or craft work are highly preferred and will help us better understand your experience and creative background.

Formal jewelry industry experience is an asset but not mandatory if foundational skills are present.

Education & Experience (Preferred)

  • Secondary School or higher
  • Art or design background
  • 1 year of sales experience
  • 1 year of customer service experience
