**Job Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Jewelry Associate to join our team.

We are also seeking help to run the storefront while participating in the CNE as an exhibitor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while assisting them in selecting the perfect pieces of jewelry. Your expertise in retail sales and your ability to communicate effectively will be key to creating a welcoming and informative shopping experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance throughout their shopping experience.
- Utilize your knowledge of jewelry to educate customers about products, including materials, care, and styling options.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash and credit card payments.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing display of merchandise to enhance customer engagement.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting regular inventory counts.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Stay updated on current trends in jewelry design and technology sales to better assist customers.

**Qualifications**
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in jewelry or luxury goods, is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory accurately.
- A passion for customer service with a commitment to providing a positive shopping experience.
- Familiarity with technical sales or technology-related products is a plus but not mandatory.
