Landscape Construction Foreperson
to lead crews and deliver exceptional results in the field.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead crews on a variety of landscape construction projects, including:
- Pavers and retaining walls
- Natural stone work
- New lawns (real & artificial)
- Fencing
- Planting and mulching
- New construction and full property transformations
- You'll be responsible for job-site leadership, quality control, crew coordination, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Transformations' standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of skilled landscape construction experience
- Valid driver's license (transportation to and from job sites required)
- Ability to reliably commute to Chilliwack, BC, or relocate prior to start
- Passion for landscaping and horticulture
- Strong eye for detail and quality craftsmanship
- Proven leadership and crew management experience
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Punctual, dependable, and professional
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Alignment with Transformations' core values
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time, permanent employment.
- Competitive hourly pay: $34.00 to $45.00 per hour (CAD), based on experience

Work Schedule
- Spring - Fall Monday - Thursday 10hr days
