Do you have what it takes?

  • Must hold a general General License with the CMRAO
  • 2 years of condo management experience OR holds a Limited Licence and has completed the CMRAO Condo Law Course
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities
  • Superior written and oral communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's licenseur own in and an insured vehicle for local travel
  • Ability to manage a range of responsibilities and expectations

What's the job?

As the Condominium Manager, you're the essential bridge between condo owners, the board of directors, and our client. Your responsibilities will include:

  • This is a role requiring the person to be based in Windsor, Ontario, or the surrounding Windsor-Essex region
  • Facilitating monthly board meetings and taking minutes
  • Presenting financials in a clear and concise manner
  • Managing resident concerns and complaints effectively
  • Implementing and overseeing decisions made by the board of directors
  • Coordinating maintenance issues and managing the RFP process for quotations
  • Regular 8-hour shifts and occasional evening meetings as required (virtually or in-person) with your assigned condo boards may be required.
  • Must have own vehicle
