Summary

'We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader to join our team . As a key player in our retail environment, you will oversee daily operations, motivate staff, and ensure an outstanding shopping experience that aligns with our commitment to excellence.'

'Responsibilities' :

  • Lead daily office operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all activities.
  • Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Oversee inventory control, purchasing, and merchandising.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance shopper satisfaction.
  • Train, develop, and evaluate staff performance.
  • Handle administrative tasks including payroll, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Implement marketing strategies to boost sales.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming store environment.

'Qualifications' :

  • Proven leadership experience in retail or electronics stores.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage inventory, staff, and customer relations effectively.
  • Experience with POS systems, purchasing, and cash handling.
  • Bilingual abilities are preferred but not required.
  • Prior supervisory or assistant manager experience is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of retail sales techniques and marketing strategies.
  • A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
