Lux Windows & Doors is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will ensure our clients receive exceptional support while contributing to the smooth operation of our business. This position reports directly to the Service and Warranty Manager.
What You'll Do (Role Highlights)
- Deliver outstanding support to clients, ensuring their experience is smooth, professional, and enjoyable.
- Build and maintain meaningful client relationships, becoming a trusted point of contact.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, making a difference in each interaction.
- Take ownership of scheduling, quoting, and ordering components to keep projects running seamlessly.
- Coordinate with technicians and glaziers to ensure on-time project completion.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Learn and grow your expertise in Lux Windows & Doors products, systems, and operations.
- Adapt to changing business needs and proactively propose solutions.
Who You Are (Qualifications & Skills)
- 3+ years in customer service or client-facing roles.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communicator with problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Self-starter who takes initiative and is motivated to make a positive impact.
- Comfortable working under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
- Team-oriented and enjoys collaborating with colleagues and clients.
- Tech-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
