Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Crew Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the store is well-stocked and organized during the night shift. Your primary duties will include inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for both customers and staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory levels by tracking stock and placing orders as needed
  • Utilize RF scanners for efficient inventory control
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload products safely
  • Stock shelves with merchandise, ensuring proper placement and presentation
  • Assist in shipping and receiving processes, including checking in deliveries
  • Maintain cleanliness of the store, including aisles, storage areas, and workspaces
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries
  • Perform retail math calculations for accurate pricing and inventory management
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve nightly goals and maintain operational efficiency

Skills

  • Strong inventory management skills with experience in retail or warehouse settings
  • Proficiency in using RF scanners for tracking inventory
  • Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely
  • Experience with heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with stocking and organizing products
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse customers
  • Knowledge of produce handling, merchandising, packaging, and cleaning procedures
  • Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
