Director, AI
The Director of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a strategic leader responsible for driving the company's use for AI across all divisions.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), this role leads the integration of AI to enhance productivity, insight, and innovation throughout the organization. With a company-wide lens, the Director will identify opportunities for departments to leverage AI and deliver results that improve efficiency and impact.
This role is ideal for someone who is curious, collaborative, and committed to applying AI in meaningful ways that support people and outcomes. You will help shape how AI is adopted across teams while ensuring its use aligns with ethical standards and company goals.
What You'll Be Doing
Strategic Leadership
- Lead the organization's AI initiative and long-term strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Identify and prioritize areas across the business where AI can create measurable value.
- Collaborate with the CEO and other senior leaders to improve efficiencies everywhere.
- An AI enthusiast who stays current of AI trends, identifying how they can improve procedures across the company to make us more competitive so our team can focus on higher value functions.
Organizational Enablement
- Work with team leads across the company to identify where and how AI can support their goals.
- Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities where AI can complement and enhance human capabilities.
- Support leaders and teams in adapting to new tools and ways of working.
- Encourage awareness and collaboration around AI use across departments to share successful practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with leaders across the company to integrate AI into day-to-day business operations.
Governance and Oversight
- Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities where AI can complement and enhance human capabilities.
- Support leaders and teams in adapting to new tools and ways of working.
- Encourage awareness and collaboration around AI use across departments to share successful practices.
