Precision Developments (Est. in 1982) is a leader in framing carpentry for high end custom homes, throughout the GTA. Our reputation is built on craftsmanship, professionalism and attention to detail. We are seeking an experienced framing carpenter to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work on building custom homes in upscale neighborhoods, delivering superior framing and structural work.

Responsibilities

  • Framing subfloors, walls, roofs and rough-in.
  • Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes.
  • Proficient in the use of hand and power tools, relevant to construction work.
  • Lifting materials and equipment on-site.
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications, is an asset.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a framing carpenter.
  • Must have a vehicle and valid drivers license.
  • Fall Safety Certificate.
  • Must have own framing tools.
  • Physical stamina for lifting and climbing scaffolding.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and site supervisors.
