**Con-Frame Ltd** is actively seeking **skilled and motivated Forming and Framing Carpenters** to join our expanding team. We're looking for career-oriented individuals who are eager to grow with our company and advance their skillset.

Con-Frame LTD is a structural contractor specializing in comprehensive **concrete forming and wood framing solutions**. We proudly serve the high-end residential and light commercial construction markets in the **Greater Toronto Area (GTA)**. Our projects are diverse, ranging from new construction to extensive renovations and structural rebuilds, often involving unique and complex designs with stringent tolerances and a mandatory attention to detail.

We're looking for individuals with experience in either **framing, concrete formwork, or both disciplines**.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven carpentry experience** in forming, framing, or both.
- Proficiency with **hand and power tools**.
- Ability to **work effectively both independently and as part of a team**.
- Strong understanding of **building walls, floors, and roof structures**.
- Experience with **footings, walls, and slab forms**.
- Ability to **assist with concrete placement**.
- **Reliable transportation** and a **valid driver's license**.
- **Valid Working at Heights training**.
- Must possess basic **Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)** and a **tool belt with essential hand tools**.
- A minimum of **1 year of carpentry experience is preferred.**
