Job Summary:

Join our team as a Support Worker, where you will be an integral part of providing compassionate care and assistance to individuals in need of support in their homes

Duties:

  • Provide personalized care and support to individuals, including those requiring dementia care, senior care, and patient care.

  • Assist with activities of daily living, including grooming, bathing, dressing, and feeding.

  • Support individuals with mobility needs and perform tasks that may involve heavy lifting.

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals under your care.

  • Engage in meaningful interactions with patients to promote emotional well-being.

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and support for individuals.

Skills:

  • Prior experience in homecare an assist

  • Proficiency in dementia care, hospice care, and assisting seniors with daily activities.

  • Ability to perform tasks that involve heavy lifting while ensuring patient safety.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and their families.

  • Attention to detail in documenting patient progress and following care plans accurately.

All Employees with be provided with company uniform scrubs, 1 pair of work shoes per year and all equipment required

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
