Senior Dispatcher (Minimum 3 Years Experience)

Location: Mississauga / Brampton

Are you an experienced dispatcher who knows how to run Canada–USA lanes, handle pressure, and keep trucks moving efficiently? Join a fast-growing, professionally managed fleet with strong cross-border operations and an expanding brokerage division.

We are looking for a high-skill, results-driven dispatcher who can take full ownership of daily operations.

What You Will Do

· Plan, assign & monitor daily loads for reefers and dry vans

· Book freight through DAT, Truckstop, CHR, Coyote, Uber, Convoy, and other broker portals

· Negotiate competitive rates & maintain load profitability

· Coordinate closely with drivers; provide routing, safety, and schedule guidance

· Track units using ELD/GPS tools (FleetHunt / TorqueAI)

· Manage delays, breakdowns, reschedules & on-road issues professionally

· Maintain strong broker/shipper relationships

· Handle rate cons, BOLs, PODs & all documentation

· Ensure compliance with FMCSA & Canadian regulations

What We Expect

· Minimum 3 years dispatch experience (cross-border mandatory)

· Strong knowledge of U.S. states, Canada routes, and reefer operations

· Excellent negotiation, communication & decision-making skills

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

· Experience with load boards, dispatch systems & ELD platforms

· Weekend / on-call flexibility is an asset
