About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead medium to large-scale projects at Enbridge Gas Inc. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business and IS for IS-related projects, ensuring seamless project delivery and business readiness. As part of the Business Readiness and Project Support team, you will play a crucial role in supporting key USUI workstreams and functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all phases of project management, including scope definition, cost/benefit analysis, design, testing, training, implementation, and support. Ensure projects are completed within deadlines and budget, collaborating with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure understanding and execution of Business Readiness stage gate deliverables across workstreams and functions.
  • Coordinate change management and employee engagement activities to facilitate positive system implementation, business process redesign, and training.
  • Keep company management informed of project status through regular communication and presentations.
  • Act as an internal project resource, providing business process knowledge, facilitation, leadership skills, and system development expertise.

Scope/Dimensions:

  • Accountable for project management decisions, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Engage business subject matter experts for informed business decisions.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Required:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma, or relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years in project management with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodology, change management initiatives, and facilitation experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Preferred:

  • PMP Designation
  • Operational experience
