Job Summary

We are seeking friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front of House Staff to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, handling payments, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Previous restaurant experience and familiarity with food service operations are preferred, but not required. This role offers an opportunity to develop hospitality skills and be a vital part of our vibrant team committed to excellent customer service.

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as SQUARE
  • Process payments efficiently with cash handling and cashiering skills
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including tables and service stations
  • Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
  • Assist with basic math calculations for bills, tips, and change as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally
  • Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Good time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently
  • Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and bill calculations
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00 per hour
