Job Description: System Flow Specialists are responsible for performing various key functions within the Integrated Urban Health portfolio. Assists in developing, implementing, and leading change in system flow improvement initiatives that are in alignment with SHA strategic priorities to connect the care for the people of Saskatchewan, working collaboratively with physicians as leaders, delivering safe and high quality health care, and to improve system wide coordination and alignment of services.

  • Experience in leading teams and project management

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree

Licenses

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license

Other Education and Training

  • Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor of Health Care Administration is acceptable
  • Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
  • Bachelor of Nursing is acceptable
  • Bachelor of Commerce is acceptable
