Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive ServiceNow Developer to support and enhance ServiceNow applications in a SaaS-based support environment. The role involves developing custom solutions, maintaining platform stability, and collaborating with support teams to deliver scalable ITSM capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Development & Customization:

  • Design and develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and Script Includes.
  • Build and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Catalog Items.
  • Develop and support REST/SOAP integrations with external systems.

Support & Maintenance:

  • Provide L2/L3 support for ServiceNow incidents, enhancements, and service requests.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, data integrity, and user experience.
  • Participate in platform upgrades, patching, and release management.

Collaboration & Governance:

  • Work closely with ServiceNow Admins, ITSM process owners, and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL processes, security policies, and audit requirements.
  • Maintain technical documentation and participate in code reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development in a SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting frameworks.
  • Experience with ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB).
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, MID Server, and OAuth/SSO configurations.
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or System Administrator (CSA).
  • Exposure to ITOM, HRSD, or CSM modules.
  • Experience in multi-tenant SaaS environments or managed service setups.
