Company Description: Woodform Interiors is a custom cabinetry and millwork shop specializing in high-quality projects for both residential and commercial clients. We also operate Comox Valley Closets, a fast-growing division focused on professional closet systems. We are a small, dedicated team with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Installer to join our team. This is a critical role responsible for the final, on-site completion of our custom millwork and cabinetry. The ideal candidate will be an excellent problem-solver, have strong customer-facing skills, and be able to work efficiently and meticulously to ensure a perfect finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation: Accurately and efficiently install custom cabinetry, millwork, and closet systems in both residential and commercial spaces.
  • On-Site Problem-Solving: Identify and troubleshoot issues that may arise during installation to ensure a smooth and timely project completion.
  • Customer Service: Act as a professional representative of Woodform Interiors on the job site, communicating with clients and contractors to ensure satisfaction.
  • Quality Control: Perform a final quality check on all installed work and complete any necessary punch list items.
  • Reading Blueprints: Interpret blueprints and shop drawings to understand project specifications and ensure a precise installation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in cabinetry or millwork installation.
  • Craftsmanship: Strong attention to detail and excellent craftsmanship, with a focus on a clean and meticulous finish.
  • Skillset: Proficient in using a variety of hand and power tools for on-site fabrication and installation.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently or as part of a team, and to collaborate effectively with other trades.
  • Language: Fluent in English (required).
  • Licence/Certification: A valid Driving Licence (required).

Compensation & Benefits:
