Are you an experienced Cabinet Maker with a passion for precision, quality craftsmanship, and building beautiful custom millwork?

We're growing — and we're looking for a skilled Cabinet Maker to join our shop team in Calgary

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on hands-on work, takes pride in clean workmanship, and has strong experience with both laminate and wood construction. Experience guiding or supporting junior team members is a plus.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build & assemble custom cabinets and millwork (laminate is a big focus)
  • Read & interpret complex blueprints / shop drawings
  • Operate standard and advanced shop tools & machinery
  • Fabricate commercial cabinetry (clinics, offices, retail, etc.)
  • Support and mentor junior team members where needed

What We Need

  • Proven cabinet-making experience (laminate + wood) — ideally 3–5 years
  • Skilled with shop machinery & tools
  • Able to read and interpret detailed drawings / specifications
  • Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to quality craftsmanship
