In your role as Senior Sales Associate, you will:
- Create brand awareness, fuel the "buzz," and drive traffic in your studio's community.
- Collaborate closely with the Assistant Studio Manager, assisting in day-to-day operations and member engagement.
- Get to know your members by name and provide exceptional service.
- Step in when your manager is unavailable and collaborate to achieve shared goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge.
- Present the OTF concept to potential customers, also known as "intros."
- Handle front desk duties, including answering phones and assisting members with inquiries.
- Generate leads and drive traffic to the studio.
- Conduct studio tours for prospective members.
- Work closely with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout.
- Promote and sell memberships to support studio growth.
- Follow up with prospective clients to encourage membership enrollment.
- Address members' concerns professionally and objectively, aiming for resolution.
- Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote the studio.
- Ensure all areas of the studio are clean and organized.
