Dexter Construction is seeking a reliable and hardworking Pressure Washing Technician to join our team. The technician will be responsible for cleaning various surfaces, including buildings, vehicles, equipment and other exterior areas, using pressure washing equipment and cleaning solutions. The role requires attention to detail, safe work practices, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate pressure washing equipment safely and effectively to clean assigned surfaces.

Apply appropriate cleaning agents and techniques depending on the material and surface.

Inspect work areas before and after cleaning to ensure quality results.

Maintain and perform basic repairs on pressure washing equipment.

Follow safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Communicate professionally with customers and address service questions or concerns.

Assist with setup, teardown, and transportation of equipment to and from job sites.

Keep accurate records of jobs completed, including time, materials, and special notes.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in pressure washing, exterior cleaning, or related work is an asset (training provided if needed).

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Work Conditions:

Outdoor environment with exposure to heat, cold, water, and cleaning chemicals.

Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

Potential for overtime during peak season
