With the ever increasing demand for support and service in the auto industry, our Automotive Group Collision Centre located at Camco Acura is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, answering and coordinating phone calls, etc.
  • Appointment management/booking.
  • Greeting and supporting customers.
  • Using POS system to support customer transactions.
  • Effectively navigate and use various electronic tools and systems to organize and complete tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Deep passion and interest in human centered customer experiences.
  • High attention to detail and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Comfort working with all levels of staff and customers.
  • Strong verbal and written skills and proficiency in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry would be an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
