Job Description

Supplier's goal is to provide exceptional service in our pursuit to Deliver on the Promise to internal and external clients.  The Account Manager (AM) is the direct liaison between the client and internal on-site teams provided by the Supplier and is responsible for providing project management, program planning/strategy, results analysis, implementation oversight and ongoing review of assigned accounts.  The Account Management team works collectively with all resources to deliver results to the client and Supplier.

  2. Providing strategic direction to internal and external team members to deliver upon client expectations
  3. Setting up and maintaining ongoing processes and tools to oversee the account
  4. Ensuring communication is timely, clear and concise among all team members

Expectations from Supplier:

  • 100% knowledgeable of client expectations and responsible for providing strategies in all interactions with client and account team in order to meet these expectations
  • Builds and maintains trusted relationships across internal and external departments to promote team work and operational best practices
  • Delivers all internal and external client communication in a clear, strategic and professional manner
  • Highly responsive to client questions, requests and needs.  Communicates regularly with client contacts and internal upper management, keeping both apprised of program results, expectations and client issues
  • Demonstrates ability to influence others
  • Motivated, highly organized and meets deadlines
  • Possesses a proactive and thoughtful approach to solving problems and a strong interest in making life better for our clients
  • Prepares and delivers monthly and quarterly client business reviews
  • Identifies, recommends and develops improvements to work processes
  • Possesses strong sense of ownership, accountability and responsibility
  • Acts in a proactive manner, understands business needs and offers suggestions/solutions
  • Skillfully balances the management of multiple projects simultaneously, exhibiting good judgment in how project activities are prioritized
  • Maintains working knowledge of client business objectives and works to ensure that team and client activities are prioritized
  • Sets team expectations of work to be delivered and defines implementation strategy and project scope
  • Flexible to meet changes in client priorities and needs.  Handles change with ease
  • Creates and maintains clear and concise documentation of all aspect of the program
  • Excellent professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
  • Shows initiative by attempting to solve problems, suggest improvements, and always keep a proactive (not reactive) mindset
  • Develops documentation to include all expectations, success metrics, tactics and goals
  • Work with client and internal departments to create and/or oversee set-up and testing of client database, survey, fulfillment, lead scoring metrics, reporting and lead distribution processes
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years experience is a MUST -  in direct marketing and/or sales environment
  • Specific related experience in project management, client relationship management, profitability management and strategic planning
  • Experience implementing, executing and managing lead generation programs
  • Specific experience interfacing with MIS Teams (database administrators/web developers); setting up customer databases requirements, reporting, lead qualification and distribution
  • Extensive experience as liaison between external customers, field marketing and field sales
  • Extensive experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills and experience analyzing reporting for trends and opportunity identification
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Possess excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient computer skills (Windows:  Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to interact with all levels of employees and clients
  • Good public speaker at ease in large groups
