Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for an Account Manager - Recruitment & Professional Services, located in Mississauga, ON, with partial remote work flexibility. The Account Manager will oversee recruitment and professional services relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and aligning services with business needs. Responsibilities include managing accounts, maintaining communication with clients, executing IT recruitment tasks, coordinating recruitment efforts, and delivering exceptional customer service in every client interaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Account Management and Customer Service to maintain and grow client relationships
  • Experience in Recruiting and IT Recruitment to effectively source and hire top talent.
  • Working with BFSI clients would be preferred.
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact with clients, candidates, and internal teams
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results in a dynamic work environment
  • Familiarity with talent management platforms or HR technology is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business, HR, or related field preferredprioritise
