Role And Responsibilities
- Deliver best-in-class IAM products and services, focusing on key feature sets and functionalities tailored to enterprise customers.
- Develop and execute a clear product strategy, ensuring the solution evolves to meet customer needs and market demands.
- Collaborate with data analytics, UX design, engineering, QA, operations, and business teams to ensure the successful execution of the product vision and roadmap.
- Define and communicate functional and non-functional requirements, providing rationale for feature changes to ensure product clarity.
- Manage shifting priorities, limited resources, and dependencies while adapting quickly to changes as needed.
- Ensure adherence to product management processes, including change control and documentation.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, conducting market and competitive research to drive innovation in the IAM space.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), while identifying customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of end-to-end product lifecycle experience with a focus on technology innovation, preferably in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Strong domain knowledge of cloud-based solutions, enterprise mobility management, and IAM technologies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage stakeholders, negotiate, and persuade across diverse cultures and time zones.
- Proficient in creating product requirement documents and utilizing tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
- Technical experience in software development, systems integration, or solutions architecture.
- Experience with multiple software development methodologies, particularly Agile.
- Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous and uncertain environments.
- A proactive learner with a passion for innovation in rapidly changing industries.
Compensation And Benefits
The salary range for this role is expected to be between $100,000 and $125,000, reflecting base salary only. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as job-related knowledge, competencies, qualifications, skills, and experience.
The total rewards package for a Regular Full-Time employee may include variable incentives, savings matching (RRSP/TFSA/NRSP), extended health and dental benefits with spending accounts, wellness and well-being benefits, professional development opportunities, and other employee perks.
