Are you a leader with a passion for food and are looking to expand your knowledge? If so, apply for

the Quick Service Supervisor position working and specializing in the grab and go outlets at Cypress

Mountain. The Quick Service Supervisor will oversee the food production of the Cypress Creek Grill,

Gold Medal Cafe, Agulia Cantina, Pizzaria and Sip'n'Snack and be responsible for not only meeting

but exceeding quality standards and creating an elevated dining experience. This position requires a

candidate familiar with high volume service in a ski resort setting. Join the growing Food & Beverage

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to the following):

  • Food production, preparation, presentation, and service delivery of all grab and go food items.

  • Adhere to key standards, and established recipe specifications within the kitchen.

  • Ensure the smooth running of food and beverage operations within the quick service outlets.

  • Proactively work with the F&B team to resolve challenges and create solutions.

  • Manage inventory and par levels of the frontline operation, including front line cook labour.

  • Assist in guiding the kitchen team and providing training opportunities as needed.

  • Oversee proper cleaning and sanitation of work area and all related kitchen equipment.

  • Stock and organize storage rooms, refrigerators, and freezers.

  • Adhere to, train the team in, and support all Health & Safety/Risk Management programs.

  • Foster a positive environment where team members are given the opportunity to grow and

expand their skill set while having fun.

  • Work with the Executive Sous Chef to implement the team budget, management of food waste,

inventory rotation.

  • Complete additional assigned duties to meet business needs.

  • Coordinate and communicate with F&B Management.

QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES:

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience supervising an F&B team.

  • High School or equivalent.

  • Strong culinary background.

  • Experience in kitchen operations.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

  • Legally able to work in Canada.

  • Valid BC Driver's License – an asset.

  • Have a dependable/insured vehicle required to get to/from work - an asset.
