Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our team on-site in Surrey, BC. The role involves overseeing all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and delivery within budget and schedule constraints. The Project Manager will coordinate with clients, suppliers, and contractors, manage project timelines, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and resolve issues that arise during project implementation. The candidate will also support logistics and expediting processes while ensuring operational excellence and fostering strong working relationships across all stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Project Management and ability to oversee all stages of project execution, including planning, scope definition, and timely delivery.
  • Experience in Expediting and acting as an Expeditor to ensure materials and deliveries meet project schedules.
  • Skills in Logistics Management to ensure the smooth flow of resources and materials to project sites.
  • Strong abilities in Inspection processes to ensure projects meet quality and safety standards.
  • Demonstrated organizational, leadership, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of relevant local building codes and regulations in British Columbia.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the construction industry is required.
