Elements at Copper Point Resort is looking for an enthusiastic and service-driven Food & Beverage Supervisor to help lead front-of-house operations in our restaurant, banquet spaces, and seasonal poolside bar.

As part of the INNhotels family, you'll join a passionate team that believes in service excellence, guest care, and a values-driven approach to hospitality. We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced resort setting, supports their team with confidence, and is committed to delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily front-of-house operations across the restaurant, banquets, and poolside service
  • Lead by example and assist service staff during busy periods
  • Ensure smooth guest flow, table assignments, and service execution
  • Build strong guest relationships and handle any issues with professionalism
  • Maintain high service standards and compliance with health and safety protocols
  • Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager on staff training, scheduling, and events
  • Assist in banquet planning and execution

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or in a similar leadership role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and trends
  • Comfortable using POS systems (Silverware and EZchef experience is an asset)
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and lead a service team
  • Serve It Right certification required
  • Food Safe and First Aid certifications are considered assets
