We efficiently serve growers' needs and strive to provide a more profitable, sustainable, and secure future for all stakeholders.  Help us raise the expectation of what an agriculture company can be and grow your career with Nutrien.  What you will do: Responsible for architecting and designing SAP solutions to meet specific business requirements and ensuring integrity of design through to implementation Responsible for working with, and providing direction to, system integrators in a project setting to ensure SAP solutions in the Record to Report area meet business requirements, achieve a high level of systems integration, follow SAP best practice, and enrich the user experience.Work directly with business stakeholders to collaborate on SAP solutions required to meet business objectivesDetermine optimal approach to develop and deliver required functionality from financial, architectural, operational perspectives Define functional requirements and capture them in configuration rationale and functional specification documents. Validate any proposed development estimatesOwn the solution design and oversee development to ensure it meets business requirementsDefine and/or execute test plans and review outcomes to validate solution meets intent and is appropriate in response to business demand for change When necessary, assist managed service team with any escalated incidents and recommend/confirm appropriate actions to resolveWhat you will bring: Minimum 8 years practical experience in SAP functional solution design and deliveryUndergraduate degree or diploma from a recognized university or technical school in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related equivalent Experience working in various sub-modules of S/4HANA FICO with integration with SD, MM & PP. Hands-on experience in Product Costing with Material Ledger and Project Systems in MTO scenarios is required. FSCM experience although not mandatory would be considered a bonusUnderstanding of RICEFWs and ability to gather requirements and prepare functional specificationsExperience of working on OneSource is preferredUnderstanding of Acquire to Retire process in SAP and all integration points from Record to Report perspectiveExperience of coordinating with banks for AR & AP payment/collection automation solutions and EBS processingEffective with creative solutioning and communication to influence and facilitate resolution of a problem/business issueHistory of designing complex SAP solutions to enable unique business processesExperience in SAP development estimation and best practices in solution delivery Ability to work independently or as a team with both technical and non-technical staffWillingness to learn, teach and share information with teammates, peers, management, and usersAble to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously Results drivenReady to make an impact with us?
