Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced
SAP Transportation Management (TM) Lead Consultant
with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional knowledge, leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience in delivering large-scale SAP TM implementations. This role requires strong stakeholder management, solution design, consulting experience, and the ability to guide functional teams through all phases of SAP implementations.

Roles and Responsibilities (What You'll Do)

  • Lead and conduct
    requirement gathering, design discussions, workshops, demos, and advisory sessions
    with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Drive the
    solution design
    for SAP Transportation Management, identifying gaps and recommending scalable, innovative solutions.
  • Lead
    functional teams
    and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders for end-to-end delivery.
  • Participate in developing and realizing
    innovation use cases, packages, and accelerators
    using the latest SAP tools & technologies.
  • Work closely with senior leadership and junior consultants to manage discussions, align on design decisions, and present solution recommendations.
  • Independently handle
    techno-functional requirements
    using SAP Activate methodology and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Conduct
    customer workshops
    , gather business requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Lead SAP Supply Chain implementations from
    planning to go-live
    , ensuring all deliverables meet quality and timelines.
  • Manage integrations with
    EWM, GTS, external TMS, Load and VSR Optimizers, Track & Trace
    , and more.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive
    vehicle scheduling, load planning
    , and
    trade compliance
    integrations.
  • Monitor team workloads, maintain a positive team culture, and ensure work-life balance for team members.
  • Provide
    timely feedback
    , track project issues/escalations, and ensure leadership is informed.
  • Prepare
    concise, accurate documentation
    , manage project economics, and adapt to unforeseen issues.
  • Demonstrate strong consulting skills with active client engagement and communication.

Mandatory Requirements

  • 12+ years of ERP experience
    , with
    8+ years in consulting

  • 8+ years of dedicated SAP TM experience
    .
  • Minimum
    4 full lifecycle SAP TM implementations
    .
  • Proven expertise in:

    configurations and deployments
  • Freight Units, Freight Orders
  • Planning Cockpit
  • Optimization engines:
    VSR Optimizer
    &
    Load Optimizer
  • SAP Global Track & Trace
  • Integrations with

  • Hands-on experience leading
    large-scale S/4HANA transformations

Education
