Role Description

This full-time Manual Osteopath role is an on-site position located in Edmonton, AB. Responsibilities include assessing and treating patients using osteopathic techniques to address pain and injury, restoring function and mobility, and providing tailored rehabilitation plans. The Manual Osteopath will collaborate with other healthcare professionals in the clinic to ensure a comprehensive approach to treatment, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care using the clinic's holistic principles. The role also involves maintaining accurate treatment records and contributing to a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine and Osteopathy techniques, with a focus on holistic and patient-centered care
  • Knowledge and experience in Medicine and Physical Therapy to complement osteopathic practices
  • Expertise in Rehabilitation, including developing personalized recovery plans and fostering functional improvement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build trust with patients
  • Active registration or eligibility for registration with relevant osteopathy regulatory bodies
  • Commitment to continuing education and staying updated on industry developments
  • Experience in an interdisciplinary team environment is an asset
