The Opportunity:
- Oversee all incoming and outgoing communications and follow ups, including emails, phone calls, reports, and internal correspondence.
- Keep the executive's calendar up-to-date, including adding events, scheduling appointments, and providing daily briefings.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings including room bookings, catering, Elders, etc.
- Organize and file documents such as reports, meeting minutes, briefing notes, and letters using designated file management system.
- Assist ED in maintaining open, collaborative and 2-way communication with office staff.

What You Will Bring to The Role:
- Certificate in Business Administration, Applied Business Technology or comparable designation.
- Three (3) plus years proven work experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Administrator or similar role.
- Significant experience in managing office procedures and working with sensitive organizational information.

Wage Range: The target hiring range for this position is $ to $ per hour. Candidates will typically be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the wage range. Placement within the wage range is dependent on the applicants' role specific knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience and in consideration of factors such as market conditions and internal equity.
