Norsask Veterinary Group is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Office Administrator (VOA) – Team Lead to join our team and play a key role in guiding and supporting our front office staff.

As the VOA Team Lead, you'll be responsible for overseeing a dynamic team of client service representatives, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and promoting a positive, client-focused atmosphere. You'll collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and ensure a seamless experience for both our clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Be an exceptional VOA

· Lead, support, and mentor the VOA team to ensure high standards of service and professionalism

· Act as the first point of contact for team and customer service concerns, resolving escalated issues with confidence and empathy

· Organize and facilitate regular clinic meetings

· Provide regular feedback and coaching to support team growth and success

· Manage VOA team scheduling and workflow

· Serve as a backup for the inventory manager as needed

· Identify process improvements and implement solutions independently

· Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture
