THE ROLE
One of our clients is currently seeking an Industrial Millwright to join their maintenance team. Youll be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting heavy industrial machinery used in mining operations. Your daily tasks will include performing routine equipment checks, ensuring the smooth operation of conveyor systems, crushers, and pumps, as well as responding to any breakdowns in a timely and efficient manner. Furthermore, you'll collaborate with the engineering team to implement equipment upgrades and contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.

THE PERSON
The ideal candidate for this role is a proactive, solution-oriented individual with a strong technical background in industrial machinery maintenance. Ideally you will have three years of experience as a millwright in an industrial environment such as forestry, aggregates or heavy civil. We are seeking someone who possesses excellent problem-solving skills, an unwavering commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills are vital, as you will be liaising with various departments to ensure our machinery operates at peak performance. A passion for continuous learning and adaptability to evolving technologies is highly desirable.
