Title: Temp Production Tech
Location: New Brunswick, NJ

Shift: 1st Shift, 7:00am-3:30pm
Pay: $22-$26/hour (Depending on experience)

Overview: Operates production equipment to produce quality pigment dispersions in accordance with standard operating procedures.  Operates within a defined area making support materials to contribute to the final products manufactured. Complies with all safety procedures and safety training requirements.  Includes monthly completion of Dupont training modules, completion of cyber security modules, and any other company-mandated training requirements.  Reports immediately any potential unsafe area or acts to leadership.  

Essential Job Functions:
  • Use a batch ticket to gather materials from warehouse and stage for loading into the mills
  • Move bags from staging containers to the mill
  • Follow batch tickets to correctly load and set-up mill
  • Dump mills and move tubs around the mill room as needed
  • Assist with packing out finished batches into cartons or drums
  • Person should be able to perform duties on own by the end of the first few weeks


Required Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift 55lbs, drive forklift, climb stairs/ladders
  • Familiar with batch process, basic math, forklift certified
  • Manufacturing experience specifically in batch processing where they gather materials per a batch ticket and load it into out equipment
  • Able to pass a drug screen AND background check
